The updated Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) training uses high-frequency electrical currents to stimulate muscle contractions. When used correctly, clients experience results equivalent to four hours of exercise in just one short session.

As part of the expanded courses, clients wear LeanSuits, which have been proven to be an effective complement to resistance and strength training while improving sports-specific skills and performance. Whereas before, the EMS method was restricted to professional athletes’ use, the bodysuits can now be accessed by everyone.
LeanSuits’s training engages the body for up to 72 hours after a workout and targets around 300 + muscles simultaneously. To receive the full advantage of wearing the suit, clients can join the studio’s small group fitness sessions. The courses are led by professional fitness trainers who are experienced with EMS training.
As part of their first session, clients need to fill out a brief questionnaire about their current health and their fitness goals. Then they are attached to their lean suit. A slight prickly sensation around the body should be expected – this shows that there is an electrical current running through the body and engaging the muscles. One session lasts about 20 minutes and usually incorporates simple movements such as squats, lunges, and basic arm exercises.
Follow-up sessions are usually performed every week, with different low-impact exercises for groups of 1, 2, and 4 currently available. Clients can choose from toning and strength training, cardio workout, a combination of cardio and glute toning exercises, or hard-core cardio on bikes.
The LeanSuits are hand-stitched in Milan and engineered in Germany. Before any session, all suits are deep cleansed in an Ozone chamber. These specialist ozone lockers kill all bacteria, odours, and viruses after every use. They are then washed by hand and disinfected with a hospital-grade sanitiser.
A spokesperson for the studio said, “With EMS, every muscle is contracted regardless of what exercise you are doing. So, 90% of all muscles are under tension throughout the session.”
